Toria founded True Peak Partners after spending years working within traditional financial services and seeing an opportunity to approach planning differently.
She works with clients across the decisions that shape their financial lives, from investments and retirement to insurance, estate planning, business planning, and major financial decisions. Rather than looking at each question separately, Toria takes the time to understand the details, determine what’s actually relevant, and consider how one decision may affect another.
Her approach is practical and direct. She believes clients should understand what’s happening, why a recommendation is being made, and the tradeoffs that come with it. Some decisions need attention now. Others are better made with more information or more time. Knowing the difference is an important part of the planning process.
Toria also has extensive experience working with first responders and public safety professionals throughout Colorado, including providing financial education to police and fire departments. That work has given her an understanding of the retirement systems, benefits, and financial decisions that can come with a career in public safety.
Outside of work, Toria is usually reading, at CrossFit, spending time with friends and family, or somewhere in the mountains with her husband, Houston, and their dogs.

Emily supports the client experience and day-to-day operations at True Peak Partners, working closely with Toria and clients to keep communication clear, details organized, and the planning process moving forward. She also helps develop the systems and processes behind the firm while preserving the personal, thoughtful experience True Peak clients value.
With a background in administration, client service, and operations, Emily loves finding ways to make things run smoothly while making sure people feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. She believes great service is about more than getting the job done - it’s about building genuine relationships and making people feel valued. She especially loves being part of a team that genuinely cares about its clients and the relationships it builds with them.
Outside of work, Emily is an avid bookworm and can almost always be found with a cup of coffee nearby - especially when it’s shared with a good friend and great conversation. A Colorado native, she enjoys mountain adventures, baking, making memories with her kids, and trying something new.
